Rich, Wightman & Company, CPAs, LLC owes a large part of its success to the Las Vegas community within which it began in 1982.  We believe businesses have a responsibility to their community.  As a result, our Firm participates in and contributes to numerous local charities and organizations.  Rich, Wightman & Company, CPAs, LLC is also a strong supporter of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas through its support of athletic programs, involvement in education awareness programs, and participation in various Alumni and University Boards.  In addition, UNLV provides the majority of the Firm’s professional and administrative staff, including Mark Rich (’79) and John Wightman (’89).
 
ABOUT OUR STAFF
Rich, Wightman & Company, CPAs, LLC is more than a public accounting firm, we are a community of families and friends.  Our staff shares camaraderie with each other that you will not find in other public accounting firms.  Birthdays are always celebrated here at Rich, Wightman & Company, CPAs, LLC with the staff getting together and treating the birthday person to a fun filled lunch.  Our firm also believes in celebrating the holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, Halloween, and Easter by throwing a number of company parties throughout the year.  Below are pictures of company potlucks, costume parties, and holiday dinners that our staff have recently enjoyed together:

Rich, Wightman & Company, CPAs, LLC also believes in providing its employees with a means of relaxing and rewarding them for their hard work and dedication.  Post-tax season dinners, summer pool parties, and various firm barbeques help to bring our Firm and their families together as a team.

Teamwork, camaraderie, and friendship are essential to maintaining a comfortable working environment.  At Rich, Wightman & Company, CPAs, LLC we achieve this goal.
 
WHERE WE ARE GOING
Rich, Wightman & Company, CPAs, LLC is always looking towards the future.  Our firm has grown over the past twenty years from a one man operation to a partnership that employs over twenty professional staff and we do not intend on stopping there.  Plans are in progress to build an additional 6,000 sq. ft. building next door to our current office.
